A virtual nurse is there to help you when you need it, monthly, weekly or even daily. In addition to the scheduled visits, you can contact the nurse by calling or, in emergencies, by using your safety wristband.
The service includes:
- an easy-to-use computer and a pivoting camera
- user guidance for the equipment
- contact with care professionals in accordance with an agreed-upon schedule
The service is only for citizens of Helsinki.
