Reinstating the right to drive

When a driving ban is imposed, the holder must immediately hand over his/her driving licence to the police. Upon the expiry of the driving ban or the temporary driving ban, a driver’s right to drive is reinstated when the police have returned his/her driving license or when he/she has been issued with a temporary driving license.
