Rehabilitation planning includes the planning of intensive rehabilitation organised by Kela or rehabilitation organised by an insurance company as well as habilitation planning for people with intellectual disabilities of all ages.
In cases not related to rehabilitation needs assessments for Kela and insurance companies, please contact your local rehabilitation services and/or health centre.
