An fi-domain name registrar shall submit a notification to FICORA before commencing operations. The notification is submitted through an electronic form. Traficom shall be immediately notified of any changes to the information entered in the notification. If the operator discontinues operations, Traficom shall be notified two weeks in advance.
The notification shall be submitted before commencing operations.
The notification is valid until further notice.
