As the owner of the real estate, you will receive an annual real estate tax decision and pay the real estate tax. Real estate include, for example, a plot and any buildings - such as a detached house - or a land area and a summer cottage there.

When you receive the real estate tax decision in the spring, check the details of the decision. If there is nothing to correct, schedule the payment to your online bank or order an e-invoice. If there are errors or deficiencies in the information, correct the real estate information in MyTax.
