Preparation and processing of demolition material and construction waste reports in the Rapu system

• Create a new report in the system and fill in the requested information about your project.
• Once you have filled in the estimate form of the report, you can send it to the control authority for processing.
• The municipal control authority will process the estimate form created in the Rapu system and may request additional information if necessary.
• You can update the information on the actual waste amounts for your project on the realisation form only after the control authority has processed the estimate form.
• The realisation form must be updated and sent to the control authority for processing once the construction or demolition project has been completed.

You log in to the service with Suomi.fi e-Identification.

Acting on behalf of a Finnish person or company requires Suomi.fi e-Authorization.

Acting as a control authority requires Suomi.fi e-Authorization granted by the municipality.

The service is available in Finnish, Swedish, and English.

Use of the Rapu information system is free of charge.
