Home help services for families with children are intended, for example, in the following situations:

challenges related to pregnancy and caring for a baby
sudden fatigue or exhaustion of a parent
families with multiples
medical or therapy appointments for a parent or a sibling
or another difficult life situation

The phone is answered by a service coordinator Mon–Fri. They carry out the home visit required for granting home help services.
