Aaltokoti is a unit run by the Pohjanmaa Welfare Region, which provides community-based residential services for people with substance abuse and mental health problems. Aaltokoti has 9 client places, where each tenant has a 24 m2 studio apartment with a kitchenette, toilet and shower facilities. The clients are in a tenancy relationship and pay a fee for meals, services and hygiene in addition to the rent.
