The personnel financial services include account and payment services for City employees and other eligible customers. The services include loans.

To whom and on what terms
The following persons are eligible to become customers of the personnel financial services: permanent City of Helsinki employees.
Any City employee whose employment contract lasts more than six months may join the personnel bank.
