Support Center Hilma is organizing a new peer support group in the Päijät-Häme welfare area. Lahti for all immigrants with disabilities in Pirkanmaa.

Do the following

Join the group

You can come directly to a peer support group meeting without prior registration.

Get information about the group

You will receive additional information on the group's meeting times, location and practical arrangements (for example, accessibility, interpretation or assistance services) on site.

Attend meetings

Attend to the peer support group meetings according to the agreed schedule. Participation in the group is free and voluntary.

Ask for additional support if necessary

If you need personal support or additional information about other services, you can discuss the matter with the group's facilitator

To whom and on what terms

The group is intended for immigrants with disabilities and long-term illnesses and their loved ones. Participation is voluntary and free of charge.
