The Tax Administration will not send the tax included in the payment arrangement to enforcement if you comply with the terms and conditions of the payment arrangement.

To whom and on what terms

Payment arrangements may be made if:

Your financial difficulties are temporary
The taxes of the payment arrangement you have previously made with the Finnish Tax Administration have been paid
You have no tax on enforcement
You have submitted all tax returns, as well as the earnings payment reports and the employer's separate reports to be submitted to the Incomes Register.

The Tax Administration may reject your payment arrangement request. If your request is rejected, you will receive a letter by post and in MyTax.
