To whom and on what terms

You can apply for part-time care if you have an informal carer and have been in short-term service housing or participated in daytime activities. The need for part-time care is temporary and has arisen suddenly. Part-time care does not require a decision on support for informal care, and it does not compensate for the informal carer’s statutory days off. The prerequisite is that you cannot spend even short periods of time alone at home and that it is not possible to arrange treatment in the form of planned outpatient services (e.g. daytime activities).
