A parking penalty fee must be paid at the latest on the due date. If a penalty fee has been issued or a vehicle has been clamped, you can contact the parking warden to file a claim for a revised decision. As a rule, the claim must be filed within 30 days of the date on which the decision was attached to a vehicle or the vehicle owner was otherwise notified of it.
The claim for rectification must be made in writing within 30 days of the date on which the parking fine has been issued or the demand for payment has been notified.
Claims for rectification are processed within an average of 2 weeks. The decision will only be sent by mail to the postal address you have provided.

If you have questions regarding the rectification claims, you can call during consulting hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 14.00 and 15.00 o'clock. During any other time, you can leave your contact information on the answering machine so that we can contact you later.
The payment period for the parking fine is 30 days. The claim for rectification does not extend the payment period, but the payment is refunded if the claim for rectification is accepted.
