  • Public service

Outreach youth work services provide assistance and guidance to young people aged 16–28 years who do not have a job or place of study.

The purpose of outreach youth work is to reach out to young people in need of support and direct them to services and other support measures that help them clarify their situation in life, become independent and get an education.

Outreach youth work is primarily carried out on the basis of information the young people provide themselves and their own assessment of their need for support. Young people participate in youth work activities voluntarily.
