The city’s official notices can be followed on the electronic notice board.
The municipality must primarily use electronic channels in its communications. In addition, it may also decide to publish its notices in other ways, such as on a notice board.
Notices must be displayed online for 14 days. After this time, at least any personal data contained in the notices must be taken down.
At least the following information on the municipality must be available online:
• municipal strategy
• administrative regulations
• budget and financial plan
• financial statements
• municipal audit committee’s assessment report
• audit report
• agreements concerning municipal cooperation
• corporate governance principles
• declarations of private interests of elected officials and office holders
• grounds for the remunerations and compensations of elected officials
• payments charged for services.
Furthermore, many municipalities publish the agendas, the minutes and many notices electronically on their own websites, provided that the documents do not contain any confidential information.
