A nurse appointment requires a booking. You can make an appointment by calling our customer service or by booking it yourself through our online booking system. You can also request non-urgent assistance through our chat service.
The reception is a low-threshold service, and you do not need a referral.
To use the service, you must have a Finnish social security number and you must be over 18 years old.
