A new notification of a person in charge of use replaces any earlier notification.

To whom and on what terms

Conditions for notifying or removing a person in charge of the use of company cars

  • The person in charge of use must be an adult resident in Finland.
  • The notification must include the consent of the person named as the person in charge of use.
  • The person in charge of use must have information on the drivers of the car or be the primary driver of the car without being the owner or holder of the car.
  • The person in charge of use must have at least a category B right to drive.
  • A notification of the person in charge of use can be submitted by a person authorised to represent a company who has been granted the Maintenance of transport operator data and permits mandate in Suomi.fi e-Authorizations.
  • The service requires identification.
