The service is secure, confidential, and you can ask questions anonymously. Your messages cannot be read by other users; they are visible only to the responder, who—depending on the subject of the question—is a crisis worker or lawyer trained for the task and bound by a duty of confidentiality. The responder also remains anonymous.
