The documents and details listed in section 2 of the Medicines Decree (693/1987) must be enclosed with applications submitted to Fimea for medicinal products wholesale dealer’s licence. Applicants should also study Regulation 1/2019 on good distribution practices for pharmaceutical wholesalers and Medicines Act (395/1987) 32-33 §1 before completing the application.
