Day Permits for the Market Square

Day permits for market places can be obtained from the Osviitta Service Point. How to obtain a day permit:

1) Contact service point Osviitta and make a reservation (specify your preferred place and date).

2) Visit the service point Osviitta to pay for the permit and collect the permit document.

3) You may use the market place during the period indicated on the permit. Please keep the permit available while using the place.

Long-Term Reservations for the Market Square

Long-term reservations for market places are managed by the City of Rovaniemi Technical Services.

Prices

The day permit fee for a market place is 50 €. The permit must be paid for at the service point Osviitta before the place is used.

Market Square Rules

1. The permit holder is responsible for keeping the market area clean and tidy. If this obligation is neglected, the City of Rovaniemi may arrange the necessary cleaning at the permit holder’s expense. The permit holder is also responsible for ensuring that good conduct and all public order regulations are observed in the vicinity of the stall.
2. Vehicles may be parked only in designated parking areas. During loading and service operations, special care and caution must be exercised.
3. The permit holder is responsible for obtaining any additional permits that may be required for their business or activities.
4. The permit may not be transferred to another person without the consent of the City of Rovaniemi.
5. Payment of the daily market places fee entitles the permit holder to use a designated day-use market place at the Rovaniemi Market Square.
