The location review required by the building permit is carried out based on the customer’s order immediately after the foundations are complete. Building can continue only when it has been stated in the review that the location and elevation of the building are in accordance with the confirmed main plans.

The municipal property authorities can be requested to carry out the measure. The purpose of determining the elevation of a plot is to establish the height of the plot above sea level.
The planned location of the building is determined by marking the place where the building is to be constructed. The purpose of the location review is to establish the exact location of the building. If necessary, an opinion on the review is issued. Final acceptance cannot be given before the location review has been completed.
