Kela’s appointment booking system

Customers can use Kela’s online appointment booking system to make an appointment with Kela. A strong authentication method is required to log in.
Individual customers can make an appointment for themselves or act on behalf of another person provided that they have a Suomi.fi authorisation. Kela’s partner organisations can act on their customer’s behalf with the customer’s authorisation.
Only information related to appointments, and no benefit-related information, is processed in the online appointment booking system.
