Complete the form to apply to become an EURES member or partner. Submit the completed form to the KEHA Centre, which approves members of the network. The application process is ongoing and free of charge.

To whom and on what terms

All companies and third-sector organisations may apply to become members or partners of the EURES network.

A company or an organisation may be accepted as an EURES member or partner if it has a permanent establishment in Finland in accordance with section 13a of the Income Tax Act (1535/1992). In addition, none of the mandatory exclusion criteria referred to in section 80 of the Act on Public Procurement and Concession Contracts (1397/2016) may be applicable to the company or organisation.

When a company or an organisation applies for membership, it undertakes to comply with the obligations imposed on members and partners in the EURES Regulation (2016/589) and the common minimum criteria attached to it. In addition, the company or organisation undertakes to report on its activities as a member or partner of the network to the KEHA Centre as required by the KEHA Centre's approval decision.

EURES membership or partnership is valid for the duration of the project or activity referred to in the application or until further notice as long as the member or partner fulfils the conditions laid down in the EURES Regulation.
