An integration plan is an individualized plan designed to promote the integration of an immigrant. It is prepared jointly by the employment authority and the immigrant, outlining suitable goals for integration and employment, as well as the services and participation in those services.

You will receive an invitation to a meeting. A representative from employment services or integration services will schedule a personal appointment for you after your skills and service needs related to integration have been assessed.

To whom and on what terms

For jobseekers aged 18–64, the integration plan is prepared by Employment Services. For other clients, the integration plan is prepared by Integration Services when necessary. For minors who have arrived in Finland without a guardian and have been granted a residence permit, the integration plan is always prepared by Rovaniemi Integration Services.

Other important information:

  • Bring your identification documents (passport or other ID), residence permit card, and any certificates related to work or education.
  • If you are unable to attend the meeting, please inform us in advance.
  • Interpretation can be arranged if needed.
