Do the following
The Trademark Database allows you to freely search for information on what kinds of trademarks have been registered or applied for, as well as the status of a specific trademark application. It is also possible to search for trademarks belonging to a particular company.
The List of Trademarks with a Reputation allows you to search for information on pending applications and trademarks already accepted on the list.
If you want to find out about trademarks in other countries, it is advisable to acquaint yourself with the eSearch plus and TMview service. The European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) maintains the eSearch plus database which contains information on EU trademarks valid in all EU countries. TMview, in turn, offers access to the databases of over 60 trademark authorities. It also covers countries outside the EU.
