Do the following

  1. Submit a request for information using the online form.
  2. The request can be submitted by the person themselves, a family member, or for example an employee of a wellbeing services county, municipality, association, church, school or other service.
  3. If someone other than the person submits the request, the person's verbal consent is required.
  4. After the request has been processed, links to available videos will be provided or other forms of guidance will be arranged.
