  • Public service

The Incomes Register is an electronic database where employers and other payers report information on wages, pensions and benefits paid. Household employers also report the wages they have paid to the Incomes Register.

The data in the Incomes Register can only be used by parties mentioned in the act on the Incomes Register. Authorities and other organisations can only retrieve information that they are entitled to from the Incomes Register.

As a private person, you can view your own income data from the Incomes Register e-service. Salary data has been reported to the Incomes Register since 2019, and pension and benefit data since 2021.

The Incomes Register Unit under the Tax Administration is responsible for maintaining the Incomes Register.

Do the following

Report the data on paid wages, pensions and benefits to the Incomes Register in electronic format.

The information must be reported within five days of the payment date, separately for each payment transaction and each income earner.
