Our housing counsellors are social welfare or health care professionals. They provide guidance with issues such as unpaid rent, applying for new housing, and planning financial matters.
The service is free and available for all residents of Turku. Please don’t hesitate to contact us, no matter what your situation is. Our goal is to ensure that your housing is safe and continuous.

The evening opening hours are on Mondays from 8 am to 6 pm. The Saturday opening hours are from 10 a.m. To 2 p.m. (every 8 weeks).
