The service is for you if
- you have a refugee background and live in Kerava and your municipality of residence was confirmed less than 3 years ago
- you have a refugee background and live in Vantaa and your municipality of residence was confirmed less than 1 year ago
- you have come to Finland as a family member of a person with a refugee background and the family reunification sponsor's municipality of residence was confirmed less than 3 years ago (Kerava) or less than 1 year ago (Vantaa).
