Wage guarantee application for a bankruptcy estate

The bankruptcy estate may apply for wage guarantee on behalf of the employees, using a printed form, if electronic transactions are not possible for the representative of the estate.

The form can be mailed, sent via Secure Messaging Service, or submitted to the KEHA Centre or a local employment authority office.
