You can apply for a border zone permit using a printout form. Deliver the form for processing in person, by post, courier, agent or assistant to the border guard section whose operating area the issue mainly concerns. Detailed instructions are provided on the form.
The form can be delivered to any of the Finnish Border Guard’s offices. Delivery in compliance with the instructions given on the form will expedite the processing.
