To whom and on what terms

Anyone can ask the Digital and Population Data Services Agency if someone has a guardian and who that is. You may need an actual extract if you are a guardian and need proof that you are one, or if a party asks you for information on whether you have a guardian.

Once guardianship has come to an end or an authorisation has expired, you will only be provided the information you have requested if you need it to fulfil your interests, rights or obligations.
