Youth activities; operating grants and hiring grants - Operating and hiring grant application

Operating and hiring grants are awarded to Helsinki-based early youth and youth organisations or similar organisations in which 2/3 of the members are Helsinki residents under the age of 29. In addition, at least half of the members must be aged 7–28 to be eligible for an operating grant.
