When the ability to function has suddenly decreased and it is uncertain how to manage at home, an enhanced home rehabilitation period can be started. Access to enhanced home rehabilitation is based on the doctor's or nursing staff's assessment of whether treatment and rehabilitation can be carried out in a home environment.
