Employee recruitment

You can publish a job advertisement in several different ways.

1. You can send an email to tyonantajat@tampere.fi. Our recruitment coordinators will get in touch with you and assist you throughout the recruitment process.
2. You can announce a job vacancy or a position that qualifies for wage support using our online form. This form can be found on the City of Tampere’s website under the Work and entrepreneurship menu. Please select the ‘Recruitment support for the employer/recruitment services’ section.
3. Log in to the Employment Service Platform (Työmarkkinatori) via Business E-Services portal and create a job advertisement following the service instructions. When you publish a job posting, the platform will suggest the most suitable jobseekers for your vacancy.

Our free recruitment services are available to all companies, organisations, and private individuals in Finland recruiting employees.

Logging in to the Employer and Business Services portal requires strong electronic identification using Suomi.fi credentials.
