The notification of electrical installation and the notification of changes related to electrical installation are submitted electronically in the Regional Administration e-Services.

To whom and on what terms

The possessor of the equipment shall appoint an operation manager within three months of the commissioning of the installation. Changes related to electrical installation (Classes 2 and 3) must be notified to Tukes. The changes to be reported include changes in the register data of the equipment, such as change of owner and change in the number of transformers, and changes related to the operation manager/s. It is not necessary to notify Tukes of the statutory verification or periodic inspection of electrical installation. A new operation manager with an appropriate qualification certificate shall be appointed to the installation within three months of the date on which the manager is changed or prevented from performing their duties due to other than short-term absence (e.g. summer holiday). Changes to the information must be notified to Tukes no later than one month after the change.


Deadline

The operation manager of the installation must be appointed within three months of the deployment of the installation.
