Business information services is a free service for Customs key and Customs+ customers that provides advice and ensures the maintenance of business customers' customs competence and the review of service needs. Business information services help companies to map and find out the most efficient ways in which the company can handle its customs operations, for example by using electronic Message exchange.
General basic guidance is free of charge. Customer training tailored separately for a company is subject to a fee.
Support for customs declarations provides guidance in the filing of electronic customs declarations, including the content of the declarations, error messages, downtime and fallback procedures.

If you are unable to contact by phone, chatbot or chat, you can send your question to the registry office by mail or email. You can also submit the question to the nearest Customs office with customer service for delivery to the registry office.
