To whom and on what terms

The service covers all clients who are assessed to have a need for housing service pursuant to the Social Welfare Act and who have been granted cohousing. The service is intended for adults whose functional ability has decreased significantly due to a diagnosed mental illness and/or substance abuse that requires care and who need daily support for managing their everyday lives and looking after themselves. Cohousing is relevant when outpatient care services and services provided at home or supported housing are not sufficient to support your housing situation.

Clients directed to the service require support for monitoring their health and performing daily tasks related to taking medication, taking care of hygiene, eating, monitoring health, cleaning and financial matters.
