The use of Suomi.fi web service requires strong identification using Finnish bank identifiers or a mobile certificate.
If you do not have online bank user identifiers or a mobile certificate, you may block a notification of move by personally visiting an office of the Digital and Population Data Services Agency. The matter can be dealt with at any of our offices.
