Where and How to Participate

Jobseekers aged 18–64 will receive an invitation to the initial assessment from Employment Services. The assessment is carried out at the premises of Lappia Koulutus Oy.

To participate in the assessment of your skills and integration service needs, register as a jobseeker:

In person: Fill in the registration form at Employment Services,

  • Address: Valtakatu 16, 96200 Rovaniemi

  • Attach a copy of your passport and residence permit to your registration form.

Other clients will receive an invitation to the initial assessment from Integration Services.

Counselling is available on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12:00 to 15:30, and by appointment.

To whom and on what terms

Who Is the Service For?

This service is for immigrants whose first residence permit, residence card, or registered right of residence was issued no more than three (3) years ago.

Other Important Information

  • Bring your identification documents (e.g. passport or other ID) and your residence permit card to the initial assessment.
  • If you are unable to attend the assessment, please inform us in advance.
  • Interpretation can be arranged if needed.
  • The service is free of charge.
