Support is granted on the basis of a tendering procedure and it is for investing in the electric vehicle charging and hydrogen and gas refuelling station networks. Those who win the tendering will receive an approval decision, which is a prerequisite for applying for payment.

Do the following
Submit the payment application to the Energy Authority at infratuki@energiavirasto.fi once the project’s charging point or gas refuelling point has been put into service. The approval decision specifies the period within which the payment application must be submitted to the Energy Authority. You can find the payment form and instructions from the Energy Authority’s website.
To whom and on what terms
Businesses, municipalities and other non-government organisations that have won the competitive tendering for infrastructure support can apply for payment.
The application must be submitted from the email address of the person authorised to sign for the company or a person they have authorised.
The project that won the competitive tendering for the infrastructure support must be launched 20 months after the notification of the approval decision.
The payment application must be submitted no later than 22 months after the approval decision.
