The applicant must send a written application to the Radiation and Nuclear Safety Authority in accordance with section 55 d of the Nuclear Energy Decree. To whom and on what terms

The Radiation and Nuclear Safety Authority issues an import or export permit if it considers that the conditions laid down in the Nuclear Energy Act and Decree and the Council Directive are met.

Import and export permits can be granted for a maximum of three years.
