Aid for stocking wild berries and mushrooms

The stock aid is granted to applicants who work in the field of selling or processing berries and mushrooms and it is based on the amount of wild berries and mushrooms in stock on the 30 June.

Do the following

Submit your application (form 237) to the ELY Centre of Lapland/Rovaniemi, by the date stated on the instructions.

To whom and on what terms

Your company must be registered in the VAT Register. The aid can be granted if the storehouse meets the technical requirements and is within support area C. In addition to this, the wild berries and mushrooms that are in the storehouse on the 30 June must have been picked in the North support area and meant for human consumption.

The aid is paid per kg of their fresh weight and it depends on the variety of wild berry or mushroom.
