A Product Contact Point provides companies and other economic operators with information on the product regulations applied in another member state of the European Economic Area. The service lowers a company’s threshold to initiate operations in the market of another member state, and enables the company to avoid the negative impacts of legislative differences.

- Find the contact information of said member state’s Product Contact Point from the website added as the service channel.
- Submit a request for information to the appropriate Product Contact Point.
To whom and on what terms
The service is available to companies based in the EU member states or in Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein.
