Individual appointments last 60 minutes and for your first appointment, you can book two appointments in a row. Appointments are available weekly during the academic terms. A reservation is required for the appointment. You can make a reservation either by calling our customer service or by booking the appointment yourself through our online booking system. You can also request non-urgent assistance via our chat service.
To use the service, you must have a Finnish social security number and you must be over 18 years old.
