Submit the completed consultation form, along with the documents, to the registry of the Economic Development Centre responsible for the area in which the site is located.
As a rule, a building may not be located in a roadside buffer zone. Equally, no fence or other structure may not be located in the roadside buffer or visibility zone, if such structure causes problems with regard to traffic safety or road maintenance. On application, Economic Development Centre can, however, for a specific reason grant a special building permit if the construction works or the use of a building, construction or equipment do not pose hazards to the traffic safety or cause nuisance to the road maintenance.
The adjoining owners must be consulted on the pending construction projects before applying for a junction permit or a deviation decision to build on the roadside buffer zone.
Applications are processed in the order of arrival within the limits of available resources. The processing time is on average 4-8 weeks.
