The Suomi.fi Quality Tools are tools that the organisation can use to assess and monitor the quality and use of its digital services. The Quality Tools are produced by the Digital and Population Data Services Agency. The customer feedback tool is one of the Quality Tools. To develop its e-service, the organisation using the customer feedback tool can request the customer to give feedback on the e-service directly after having used it.

When feedback is given, the Digital and Population Data Services Agency collects the IP address of the terminal device of the person providing the feedback to maintain data security and to investigate possible fault situations. The IP address is retained for one year and three months. The Agency cannot identify the person providing the feedback on the basis of the IP address alone.
The IP address is collected from the terminal device of the person providing feedback.
There are no regular disclosures of information. The Digital and Population Data Services Agency discloses personal data only within the limits of what is obligated and permitted in the legislation currently in force.
Personal data will not be transferred outside the EU or EEA countries or to international organisations.
Personal data will not be used for automated decision-making.
The processing of personal data is based on compliance with a statutory obligation. The implementation of the data subject's rights requires the identification of the person providing the feedback. The Digital and Population Data Services Agency cannot identify the provider of the feedback on the basis of the data it has collected without addi-tional information submitted by the provider of the feedback.
If you feel that your personal data is being processed unlawfully, you can file a complaint with the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman.
