This accessibility statement explains how well the Suomi.fi for Service Developers website complies with the Act on the Provision of Digital Services, what shortcomings there are in the accessibility of the website and how you can give us feedback on accessibility problems.

The Digital and Population Data Services Agency is responsible for this online service. We want as many users as possible to be able to access our digital services. We take accessibility into account in the development of digital services.

How accessible is the website?

This online service largely meets the A and AA level accessibility criteria required by law (WCAG criteria 2.1). The online service has some shortcomings in accessibility, which are described in more detail below.

Content or features that are not yet accessible

  • Focus is not visible in certain user interface elements. (WCAG 2.4.7)
  • Certain user interface components are not programmatically determinable. (WCAG 1.3.1, 4.1.2)
  • Not all content headings are programmatically readable. Such headings can be found in parts containing contact details, for example. (WCAG 1.3.1)
  • The service has screen tips in which the reading order does not function correctly in all screen readers. (WCAG 1.3.2)
  • The start button does not meet minimum contrast requirements. (WCAG 1.4.3)
  • No error messages are given for missing answers to pre-questions. To get the error information, you are expected to press the disabled Start button. (WCAG 3.3.1, 3.3.3)

An effort will be made to correct the shortcomings listed in this statement during 2024.
