Because of holidays, Suomi.fi e-Authorizations mandate service provided by officials is extremely busy at the moment. Processing of mandate applications may take longer than the previously estimated 2-5 working days. We would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused by this delay. 

In the mandate service provided by officials, which was launched in June, parties that cannot grant electronic mandates in Suomi.fi e-Authorizations can grant electronic mandates and act on behalf of other parties. These parties include business partnerships, educational institutions, parishes, public organisations and foreign companies.

The Suomi.fi e-Authorizations mandate service provided by officials has been implemented by the Digital and Population Data Services Agency. At this stage, the Finnish Tax Administration is responsible for offering the service.
