Our new digital Competency Path helps you make choices about your career and education. It helps you develop and maintain your competence throughout your career. It can help you assess your interests and competence, matching them with suitable work and learning opportunities.

Competency Path is a project of the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Employment and the Economy. The service was created as part of the digital service package for continuous learning project (JOD). The project received funding from the European Commission (Sustainable Growth Programme for Finland, Recovery and Resilience Facility RRF).
